The soul of MISAKA Whisky draws its inspiration from the MISAKA Mountain range nestled in the Yamanashi prefecture between Fujiwakaguchiko Town in the south, and Kofu and Fuefuki Cities in the north, the area is surrounded by natural beauty and ancient shrines and was once the base of the famous samurai leader Takeda Shingen and home to many of the highest mountains in Japan, including cultural icon Mount Fuji.

MISAKA Mountain range is beautiful in nature with its lush green forests giving a perfume scent, as the rain falls and nestles into the rich soil, cultivating exotic flowers and fruits, derived from its natural pristine spring water stream which lays 250 meters under the MISAKA Mountain range.
